Not recommended for chip repair . They make 2mm chip to 2 ft chip in just 2 hours only for carelessly repairing they didn’t fill liquid in crack properly that spread in 2 hours .And don’t believe on their warranty they will refuse to give refund unless you buy a new windshield from them .

Got a minor chip (2-3mm) repaired. The fix failed within about 3 months as it significantly expanded in both directions (without the vehicle being exposed to any severe weather conditions and minimally driven).I truly appreciate the sincere efforts by Shane to remediate the issue by refunding the cost of the fix and offering to replace the windshield at somewhat lower cost than typical.I understand there may be factors beyond anybody's control, however overall disappointed with the outcome as looking to spend a whole lot more to replace the entire windshield.The failure of fix to such miniscule chip was really not expected, especially when improved technologies are available with much higher success rates.

I came in with a small windshield chip for repair and the front desk straight away sent out a technician to take a peek. Although he had a shop full of other vehicles, he took the time to bring my car in (out of the snow so the window could dry) to inspect it. He then brought me over to show me that my chip was not significant enough to repair but advised me to watch it and come in again if it became a problem. He was honest and saved me time and money! Great customer service Novus glass!
