Missing almost all my frame and under the hood and they make you pay before they do the job, save your money and go to other locations, they didn't even wash the car before they start total failure

Please ignore the negative reviews, they can't be talking about the same place!I recently experienced exceptional service at Krown Rust Control Hyde Park Location and feel compelled to share my positive experience. The owner's hands-on approach truly sets this establishment apart. His genuine care for both staff and customers is evident, fostering a welcoming environment.The attention to detail displayed by the owner is nothing short of immaculate. It reflects in every aspect of the service, ensuring a thorough and high-quality experience. Despite any negative reviews, I wholeheartedly recommend the fantastic service provided by Krown Rust Control.I would recommend this location to everyone I know. My experience was so positive that I encourage others to disregard any unfavorable feedback and give this facility a chance – you won't be disappointed.

Alright, so just so people know I rarely post a review unless the service is absolutely terrible. And this location had the worst service I've experienced in a really long time.I had booked an all-around Krown oil service coat, which includes underbody, doors, under-hood, and all latches incluing the trunk.I went in for my appointment and asked the gentelman behind the desk to make a note that I would not like my battery and wires around it sprayed AND that i would like my doors drilled and sprayed full of Krown as theirs visible Rust on them already. (vehicle was recently purchased 2nd-hand)After about 45min got my keys and drove home and over-looked the vehicle. There was no drilled holes on any 4 doors, battery and wires were sprayed and the hinges and hydraulic hatch lifts were dry. Called them, explained the situatuion. Went back and argued with an employee for a moment until he to realized the doors were infact not drilled nor sprayed...15min passed got my keys back again, the employee assured me the doors had now been drilled. (which they hadn't) instead they drilled and sprayed the rocker panels.However they did spray the hatch area. And they wiped down my battery. The employee did mention to me that they oversprayed a lot and offered to wipe some of it down. THEY OVERSPRAYED EVERYTHING. Had Krown all over leather interior dash, doors and center console as well as my hatch trunk plastic peices. Spent a solid 45min myself wiping and cleaning everything afterwards.Also they made no mention of the complimentary FREE can of Krown that is supposed to come with a full price undercoat. Other locations mention that when I book an appointment.I did get mine but had to ask for it. I ended up drilling the doors out myself and ordering plugs for it from amazon.I have always gone to another location, but this year i moved and this location was closer. NEVER AGAIN at Hyde Park Krown.***If you still do decide to get your service done here, please take the time to look over whatever work was done so that you're getting the services that you paid for***

Great service but if you care about your car's paint and clear coat, never let them wash your car unless it's touchless. Their fabric car wash scratched the heck out of my car. I can see hairline scratches all over my vehicle. Definitely not happy about this and next time I'll make sure my car doesn't get washed there! (That's if I ever go back).
