Scammer. Fred Motors and SamoZain Autos don’t do real safeties on cars. I brought in my 2014 C300 in after they never looked at the rear window, that doesn’t roll down. I also have issues with my front merger lamp not working and the right mirror turn signal going off and on. I’ve heard from numerous people that Fred Motors and SamoZain autos steal money on safeties. Aka they split the money and never actually inspect your car. Stay away from both of them. Pay more money for a real mechanic. Do not fall for their sweet talk and constant lies.

I needed a rear brake job done on my vehicle. I had been quoted 800+ from several other shops. I understand there is overhead on the shops, but when the parts are only 250 and its a 30 min or less job 800+ is just too much. We are all going through difficult times, Thank goodness for the honesty of the gentleman at Fred Motors. They were professional, quick, and affordable. I took my car to fred motors for an axel repair a couple months ago & I started to hear a noise within the vehicle & when i took it to another shop & found out fred motors did not do a good job at all, the axel bolt was loose & it wouldve costed my life if i had now found out. They learn to fix as they work on the vehicle, not professional at all. Beware.

Did the oil change but charged me a lot more than I had payed before and when I asked for a receipt I was told I could have one but it would be more money because they would have to add tax I also asked if he would give me a window sticker with the mileage on to remind me when to have it done again said they didn`t use them so he scrubbed writing of the old one and wrote it on there, I didn`t like the attitude of the guy who I dealt with he talked to me like I was 5 yrs old. will not be going again.Service: Oil change
