I had an amazing experience with the guy at cell Rox from start to finish. He was friendly, polite and took the time to explain everything to me. I recommend anyone with phone issuses to come here. I rate this place a 15/10.

These guys saved me some massive headaches. I bought a refurbished and everything worked fine but wouldn't recognize my sim card. I figured it was locked or something or maybe wasn't compatible with my provider. Fine no big deal, I'll get it looked at. These guys found out it was water damaged and the seller tried to hide it. They offered me the same phone for a cheaper price and got me going. Currently working with the reseller to get my initial purchase refunded. They were quick and offered a good price.

I came in the store looking for an iPhone above the 13. I ended up leaving with the 13 pro, which I am super happy with! It came with 90% battery and 512 GB of storage. It was a bit pricey but absolutely worth it.
On top of that, they also helped me transfer over everything from my old phone to my new one, as well update the previous one I had so it all the information and date would transfer over smoothly. They also put my old sim card in my new phone.
The process overall did take a bit longer, but only because of the update of my older phone, but they were happy to guide me through the necessary steps.
All around, very good customer service! Would recommend! :)

I shattered my phone screen and called a bunch of places to compare prices for a repair. Cell Rox customer support was available to see me right away. In just 20 minutes my phone was ready and looked brand new, they also offered to give me a screen protector for half price. Overall the service was quick, reliable, and cheaper than any other place in London.

Super friendly and very helpful. Fixed our screen and mic on iPhone and then I bought a phone for myself and he transfered all that needed to be done. Highly recommend. Also fixed my daughter's phone.. short wait and phones all working fantastic. Also great selection on cases and he also allplied our screen protectors.

I needed a new phone screen protector for Apple iPhone. Cellrox atWhite Oaks Mall installed quickly and were great to deal with. They also have cell phones, cases and accessories. I highly recommend them.
