Very hit and miss. Some staff is great others not so much. Depending on who is on closing shift they often close up to 20 minutes early! Lites off, pumps off and staff gone!

I often see members of their staff standing around the self-checkout area talking when customers need help, and sometimes complaining about other customers. Their younger staff is generally very friendly, but there are certain individuals who have been there for years who do not belong in customer service roles. Their management team also fails to address customers who are noncompliant with COVID-19 guidelines whether it be not wearing facial coverings or not giving other customers 2M of space.
