This place is the worst, they cant even get a screen protector right. Be very careful. My ex took his phone there in one piece and wanted a screen put on cause it cracked and they tried to hand him a baggie with his phone in pieces talking about they cant get the parts and a few day job ended up being almost 5 months

Got it fixed professionally supposedly, paid in cash then has to be brought back 2 days later for another week with promise of no fees, yet we still get charged...never going there again

This is a nice place to give your business to. In fact, I hate that I feel like I can only give 3 stars, but here's why.Two days ago, my dad and I came here to get my dad's phone fixed. The mic on his phone wasn't working right and he'd sound garbled to anyone he talked to.We brought it here and they said it'd be fixed later that day....Then they said it again the next day.......Then they said it again the next day.There's the problem. They seem like good people and I do hope they succeed, but if they don't have all the answers, DON'T JUST LIE TO US AND HOPE FOR THE BEST! It's okay to say "I'm not sure."They told us that they would call MY phone when my dad's phone was ready. For almost three days, I was waiting for a phone call that never happened when they said it would.They said that they were waiting on the replacement part to come in. That's fair, but they should not have told us that it'd be fixed in less than a day if they did not know that as fact.If they told us at the beginning that it would take 2-3 days, I wouldn't even be mad.Now, if I ever have another issue with my phone, I'll definitely come back and I hope next time will be a little better. I'd love nothing more than to update this review with more stars, but until then...

I brought my daughters iPad in February 3 to get the charging port replaced. I was told it would take only 3 days. I checked in a week later after not hearing from them. I was told they would call when it was done in a few days. No call. Waited another week and checked in. He didn’t know where it was but would check in with the other workers. A month later I checked in again to be told they still couldn’t find it. After telling them they had 2 days to find it before I got authorities involved they found it and it wasn’t fixed yet. Told me give them a few days and it would be in….Now 49 days later I finally got it back!I got a feeling if it weren’t for the threat and not backing down and the fact that I brought in a male friend with me the last time I was looking for it, my daughter likely would have never seen her iPad ever again. Sadly would not recommend them to anyone.
