Item that was to be $1.25 was charged as $3. Called Manager and he had no interest in addressing or apologizing for the items not being correctly priced. Also said they don't have to follow the Competition Act in regards scanner price accuracy. I'm not confident I'll ever go back, not only don't trust the pricing but because how very rude he was. I felt bad for his staff he provided zero support to them and they looked embarrassed by how he handled the situation. I didn't catch his name so asked for it and he refused to give it. It's sad if Dollarama doesn't participate in the Scanner Price Accuracy which is managed by the Retail Council of Canada on behalf of participating Canadian retailers. It allows for customers to be mislead and to question a store and managers integrity.

Watch for prices to be rung in higher at the cash register than what is marked on the shelf. I had two out of four items ring in at a dollar more each and realized it after I paid. The cashier called someone to check the price on the shelf and the employee came back and mentioned a totally different price. I went back to the shelf with her and the prices had been removed. When I mentioned that, she denied it so I guess it was a ghost in the store. I had to accept my purchases at the higher price because of their no refund policy. No wonder they are boasting larger profits as I just saw on the news. I will not be back. I am a senior, and do not appreciate being stolen from.

Multiple staff members in the location yet they only put one person on cash. Turning what should be a minute or two trip into a dollarama into a 15 minute excursion. Also DON'T trust any labeled price, the prices can change up at the register and they do not honour their labeling mistakes.

No Return policy even when the products are defective. Especially toys, hence not an ideal place unless you are willing to let go of the money you spent. In fact, some products are not cheap and no value for money at all, better buy from Walmart..

This place is a money saver for those who is new in Canada. I personally experienced and had a range of item at a reasonable price. They are located in most of the places so it wouldn't be that diffiult. Just check it in Google. For me, one is near to my place where I live and other one is next to my college.
