Joe and his team are fantastic. Joe will make you feel like family and the whole experience was enjoyable and stress-free. We went in there expecting to get a custom suit, they quickly showed us why that was unnecessary and saved us money and the end result was just as good!

We rented suits for a wedding local to Kitchener and thoroughly impressed with the quality and commitment the staff Collins had. Amanda went above and beyond for specifically me as well. I'm that awkward size when it comes to large proportions cause I'm active at the gym. She sent me to the wedding with two different sizes of pants to ensure that I not only feel happy and comfortable with myself, but to also ensure that I don't damage the rented pants. 100% will be coming again.

Collins Clothiers in Kitchener were an absolute delight to work with. We rented four suits for our wedding party and were very impressed by the professionalism and exceptional service at Collins. The staff were ready to answer any question and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied.

My husband got his rental tux here for our wedding. It looked great and was well tailored. Very professional and smooth process for measurements and fittings. Would highly recommend going here for any special event!

Wouldn’t recommend going here. We as the grooms men came to do our test fitting on a Thursday. Before that we got measured. We tried on our suits, and my pants were no where near fitting I couldn’t even sit down in them. They measured my waist and around my thigh's the last visit so there shouldn’t have been no issue to why they would mess it up. The option was to grab a size bigger and they didn’t have enough time to adjust them so they fit properly for the wedding. They just adjusted the length of them. Was super uncomfortable in the pants the whole wedding due to them rushing things and worried that they were gonna rip the whole night. The team I would say is not very professional with their job. As well as they wouldn’t composite me with the money I payed to rent the suit and them not doing their job to make sure everything fit me properly. All I got was a sorry. I would truly stay away from this place to anyone who has wedding plans . FYI the pictures show time stamps of when the pictures were taken the wedding was at 3:00

We got our suit rentals for our wedding from Collins in Kitchener. The staff was amazing to work with and ensured that all suits were measured and ordered for us in a very timely manner. Once the suits arrived, pick up was seamless and each suit fit perfectlyThe wedding party looked stunning! We can’t thank Collins enough!

The staff are amazing. Amanda went over and beyond to help us track down our best man's suit rental in another province and the team in Kitchener made sure everything was perfect for our big day. They are expensive just to rent a suit but you get a quality garment fit and tailored especially for you.

Amazing experience with Collins this weekend.All suits for the wedding party were ready on time, adjustments were made instantly for any fitting errors, and they were very helpful with storing and returning after the date.The whole experience was very seamless from start to finish! Our experience with Collins has been interesting. Bouncing between 2 stores for people was difficult and a lot went wrong but Amanda at the kitchener store was fantastic with helping sort out the mistakes that hamilton store left us with the day before our wedding. Words cannot describe how awesome she was at keeping me calm and getting everything sorted out in a timely manner so our wedding party made it to the venue on time for rehearsal (they were 2 hours from the venue and pieces arrived at 1pm rehearsal was at 4:30). Highly recommend dealing with Amanda and her team at the kitchener location over any other collins locations. Thank you so muchRebekah and Kelley Webster
