I have been going to this incredible pharmacy for more than 4 years and they are truly the best pharmacy that my family has ever had!Very kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable..Neil and Mike go above and beyond what any “big box” pharmacy would ever do! You don’t have to think about remembering to call in for a refill as they will have already taken the proactive step to make sure it’s taken care of.I honestly cannot fit in this review all the great things about this pharmacy nor explain how caring they have been through the loss of my parents who were also patients/customers there, as well as all of my medical conditions on top.

Best pharmacy in the city! Neil and Mike are so helpful and kind - you can tell they really care. They always make sure to take the time to answer any questions never making me feel rushed or a nuisance.Their care goes above and beyond - I have reached out either before or after visiting with follow up questions or inquiries via phone or text (which is so convenient) and gotten a quick and helpful response. Quite literally the best pharmacy I've ever had. When I first called to move my prescriptions here, I had one that was regularly on shortage (that has caused me to leave brand pharmacies like shoppers) and I've never had issues getting it since. They also seem to call every time I notice I'm running low on medications, saving me the hassle of remembering to call myself (which is half the battle). They offer really convenient deliveries, and generally just are phenomenal at their job.

Just called Neil with a question about a drug availability and he went out of his way to help and research and even offered to call me back after he contacted the drug manufacturer. I've asked about this drug in multiple pharmacies and this is by far the most helpful service I've gotten. Thanks, Neil!

Extremely accomodating and patient with my requests and questions for my medications. Very personable and prompt. They communicate clearly and are on top of medication renewals making sure I have what I need. Can't ask for much more than that!
