I visited this gas station on September 15 on my way home to Toronto. I liked that it is conveniently close to the 401 and the price of gas was cheaper than in Toronto.

So I get some gas like any other day, although I don't usually go to this station, and after I fill my tank I go to the other side of my truck to grab my daughter, because I'm not gonna leave her in the truck to pay for the gas, the guy in the gas station comes running out to me like a maniac and says "you going to pay inside, right?"What is this? Do I look like a bloody theif? Frigging guy here treating me like I'm some robber, no I'm going to go to the passenger side of my truck and drive away!What's with these people?I do not recommend this gas station

They charged me $78.00 for gas that I didn’t purchase. Told me they refunded it and it would take up to 24 hours before I see it back it’s been over 24 hours and it’s not there spoke with the manager and he said I’ll check my computers when I get to it! Very unprofessional.Susannah Pierce, this has been ongoing for 4 days now and has not been resolved. Very poor customer service skills between the store manager and staff along with your csr’s through the customer service hotline number

Absolutely love the quality of gas from there my car is 11 years old and inside of the gas tank it looks brand new no particles clean clean and I faithfully have tried to stick to the shell for gas since I bought my vehicle in 2011 highly recomended!

The washroom here Is out of service. I hope they fix it. If they do. Someone please update by writing another review. Otherwise it’s a decent gas station.

Don’t buy gas here if you need vpower. They charge .27 cents more per litre. Highway robbery. No pun intended

This Shell is conveniently located right off the Division St exit in Kingston, at the northeast corner of the first stoplight. Gas prices were the same as the Esso and Petro-Canada at the same intersection so I guess you can just go to whichever one is the most convenient. They were very nice and gave my toddler daughter a lollipop for free. One downside - only one of the two washrooms was working, and thankfully it was relatively clean, because there isn't a changing table and I had to change my baby on the floor (don't worry, I had a changing pad, but it still grossed me out).
