Popped in today and was treated with service that was grouchy at best. I was made to feel like I was a nuisance and not wanted. Bad service.

I have narrow feet and dread shopping for footwear. Stores carrying "narrow" running shoes is a challenge. Service and choice was excellent. Staff took the time to fully measure/assess my feet to recommend the type that would suit best and I actually had a 'choice'! of narrow ones to choose from. Happily drive from to Kingston (from Ottawa) again when I need new ones! Thank You!

Popped in there today and I did not feel the level of service everyone is saying here. Was browsing and didn’t feel welcomed at all so I just walked out. Sad because I was super excited to go there. Nice set up and cool looking running caps though. Hopefully it will be better when I get to go there again.

We were in a bit of a “pickle” ?. My husband was travelling to Kingston for a pickleball skills session when he realized he had forgotten his running shoes! Too late to turn back. I contacted a few stores, and found his exact shoes at Runners Choice! By the time my husband arrived the shoes were bought, paid for, and laced up for him! With minutes to spare he made it to his session on time. Not only did AL(the owner) go above and beyond in service-he kept the store open for 30 minutes so my husband could arrive. Wow…and thanks Al.

The staff at this store are very generous with their time and expertise. I felt very confident that they knew exactly what to do with my feet, and their challenges! They also made sure I could get the shoes I needed within a quick time frame despite the size not being in stock at that very moment. Again - they went beyond the call of duty to find me a pair. I have never been better served as a customer!

I recently had an incredible experience with Christina at Runners Choice. My husband had purchased shoes weeks prior through her as well and was very impressed also. I called to explain what I was looking for and seeking some advice. Due to being from out of town and not able to visit in person right away, Christina took the time to complete an assessment of my feet virtually to provide recommendations on what would be most suitable. She was extremely knowledgeable and when I was able to try her recommendations on that she had set out for me, every single pair fit great. We continued to talk through the specs of the shoes as well as various ways to lace for relief due to width and to prevent the slipping of heels. I have been walking daily in the pair I purchased for almost 1 month now and they are the perfect shoe for me. Please if you can, consider purchasing your next pair of shoes from Runners Choice in Kingston - great variety and stock, extremely knowledgeable staff and most of all - EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!

I lost my running gear with my baggage on a flight, so I went into Runners Choice to get a new set. The staff really knew her stuff - with a phenomenal awareness of what sizes were in stock and the difference between various shoe models. There was a good selection of other gear - shirts, hats, shorts, etc - too. Very highly recommended!

I've purchased 4 pairs this year so far, and Al and Christina and staff are always courteous, punctual with orders, and prompt when special ordered shoes arrive. Having a finger on the running pulse in Kingston area helps, I'm sure! Knowledgeable on what the models of shoes have to offer has resulted in my saving money and getting the right shoe for my needs.
