The Kingston Store deserves lunch!
Kathleen answered the phone and immediately apologized for not answering the day before (power was out or something) she then grabbed her Manager Maria, and she contacted the Peterborough store. She was able to get them to send me the pants. I think this is because she has over 20 years experience and is a true leader!
Shame on Thornhill, Yonge, who did not want to help. The rest are never answering the phone.
Maria should train the other locations as her team understands good customer service

If i could leave a negative star i would.
Went into the store to buy 3 suits. One for myself and 2 for my son. Worst customer service ive ever seen, I walked out within 5 minutes in the store. Was greeted, told staff what i wanted. Pointed me to back corner of store, said over there somewhere. Well if im spending that kind of money. They can help. Not one customer in store, 3 employees working. Its okay. Local family run store appreciates our business.
If looking for great suit selections with gauranteed great service. Check out Steve at Muranos on queen street.
I will never step foot in this place again. I wear suits daily to every other day. Their loss not mine

Exceptional customer service provided by Jake at Moore's Clothing! He went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect fit and style. His attention to detail and knowledge of the products made the shopping experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Moore's and asking for Jake!

My fiancé had a bit of a clothing emergency this morning, and Emily and Maria were SO amazing and accommodating. They had us in and out of the store with hemmed pants, a steamed shirt, and a new belt in less than 30 minutes. They were so friendly and nonjudgemental, and helped dissipate our stressful situation. Thank you SO SO much for your hard work Emily and Maria— we appreciate you!!

Went with my husband and son to pick up a few things for Christmas and the man that helped us was so knowledgeable and helpful I can't say enough about him. Did not rush us and we were there over an hour. Thank you for such great quality clothing for men and to the gentleman that served us. He was patient, kind and knew so much about how to fit a dinner coat and what to wear it with.

Good service from the first person I encountered, and last the guy who I think was the tailor there. But whoever helped me inbetween getting parts of my order in asked for my e-mail to update me on the rest of my order, and assured me I wouldn't be sent ads and sure enough, I have a fair amount of Moore's spam now. They also told me I couldn't get my shirt tailored there, which I found out from the tailor you definitely can. I'm not sure if that's just pressure from the higher ups, a genuine back to back mistake, or less than savoury salesman behavior to get extra commission from purchases under whatever e-mail.Overall super helpful from most of the staff I encountered and helped me find stuff in my awkward size, but either lying or being wrong about misusing my e-mail was pretty not chill. Would've been 4-5 stars otherwise. Never give a company your e-mail.
