JAKE, THE MANAGER WAS EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY, HELPFUL!! THE OTHER MATTRESS STORES, AS FAR AS I KNOW, ONLY SELL FOAM MATRESSES. I AND OTHERS CAN NOT SLEEP ON FOAM. THANKS VERY, VERY MUCH, CHRIS AND JAKE!!

The that I ordered was exactly what I wanted. Salesman was so helpful again as we purchased two mattresses from him a few months ago. Delivery guys were helpful and on time. Will buy there again.

Salesman Chris was helpful and knowledgeable. The Kingsdown mattress is exactly what we expected . The delivery men were efficient and friendly. There were two reasons I do not give you five stars. First, we were told to expect delivery within one to two weeks and it actually took one month. Second, the delivery time was not what we had arranged and in fact the delivery guys arrived in the morning before we got home. To their credit they called on the cell phone and asked permission to complete the delivery in our absence, as other workmen were already there cleaning our stove. We arrived just as they finished and everything was in order, but we would have preferred to have a chance to prepare for their arrival and be present during the process. A lack of communication on your part that could easily have been avoided.

Amazing service by Jake. we bought one mattress a year ago and one recently. the one we bought recently had some issues but Jake made the exchange process so smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend this place not just for good deals but also for good dealing.

We were planning to fully shop the market for two new mattress sets and Mattress Mart Kingston was only our first stop. But .... we ended up buying there despite our initial idea to shop around for the best price. We were met by Brandon and Jake who were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, courteous and helpful in helping us choose our sleep sets. We ended up buying sets that are not at all what we thought we wanted. Our many questions were not only answered but Jake and Brandon provided more info about various mattress sets that helped us choose sets that best suit us.
Frankly, we were surprised by the quality of the customer service we received for a retail purchase and that is likely the key reason we decided we did not need to shop around at all and made our purchases at Mattress Mart. Our expectations were exceeded and we really appreciate the experience we had. We are happy to share this and would highly recommend Mattress Mart Kingston. Thanks guys!
