We had a blowout while on a trip through the area. I can say with absolute certainty that our trip would have come to a halt if it hadn't been for Nick and the folks at KalTire. Inside of an hour they had two new tires in place, and us back on the road.

Desk staff drove out to Brockville to help me with a low steer, ended up going here to Kingston cause it turned out to be the rim. They got me a new rim and had er changed up and rollin' in a flash! Done by the front desk staff again! Great bunch! Thx guys!

Extremely unprofessional staff. Do not recommend these people to even touch your car. ordered a rim replacement on a good tire and they tossed out perfectly good TPMS sensors. Just find this to be a scamming shop, lacks common sense. Go to OK tire! Much better service and professional staff!

Had a flat and needed it fixed. Unfortunately the hole was in the sidewall and I needed a new tire. Offered me a tire that would fit well with the other 3, and when I asked about getting 2 new tires instead of one, was told they were a more expensive tire, and was given the price, but the rep said he didn't think I needed to get 2, the wear on the rest of my tires was close enough to the new tire that it would be fine to only replace the 1. Was very impressed that he didn't jump at the chance to sell me the 2 more expensive tires. Earned my loyalty.

The staff at this location helped me and my family out a ton yesterday. We had a long road trip planned and had an issue with our tires from our local Costco. Costco had refused to service our tires saying that it was a structural issue and outside of their, ability to help us. The issue was foam inside of our tires needed to be removed. The team here quickly got us in and fixed up engage with my children and we’re professionals from start to finish. I can tell you who will get my business again?
