I'm new to Kingston and joined a local classic car club. I asked the local car club guy's who they take their car to for repairs as I was in need of an alignment. I was told to go see Tom at Jiffy Auto. He did a alignment on my Mustang which was showing signs of tire wear since the car had been restored. I am very satisfied with the service that Tom provided. He is very knolegdable and professional. I highly recommend seeing him for your service needs.

1st time using this jiffy lube. very pleasant experience, Considerably cheaper than my previous oil change at a local competitors garage. Lady at front desk was courteous and a pleasure to chat with while i waited. Service was quick and accommodating to my drop in visit. will definitely be back.

The staff at Jiffy are awesome. My experience there was a little confusing (not the shops fault) and they addressed the issues and helped me get back safely on the road. Recommend this place!

They were a life saver! My car broke down just down the road they helped me get it to the shop and when there Teresa at the front desk was fantastic. She made a tough situation an ease to deal with. The service itself was quick and reasonably priced. I really appreciated the customer service and the work they did. Will definitely be back if I ever need more work done.

I have been taking my vehicles to Jiffy Auto Service in Kingston for years because the service and quality of work is excellent.I trust Tom and the staff to provide me with honest assessments of what work needs to be done and the work is completed perfectly.I recently took my vehicle to another mechanic that was closer to my work, but was extremely disappointed. I will now travel to Kingston to make sure that Tom and his team do all maintenance on my vehicle.5 + stars for quality of work and integrity.Tracey

I have been here to Jiffy many times. It is always a good experience. Management and the whole staff treat you well. My vehicle was repaired and on time just like I was advised. I highly recommend them.

Our daughter is a nursing student in Kingston and noticed her tire was losing air . We brought the car there today ( without an appointment) to get the tire fixed . They were so kind and went out of their way to help us today . There ARE nice people in the world and a few of them work at Jiffy Auto Service in Kingston. Thank you for everything!

Gonna leave 3 stars. I did NOT leave happy, so I'd love to give only 1, however I've been told they do great work by 2 different ppl.. What they don't do is train the front desk staff. I was excited as I had an exhaust install scheduled! When I showed up, not only did she enter the wrong appointment time, but she didn't schedule enough time for an install, meaning I left with nothing done and told they are now booking 2 weeks away. I would've loved to see the work I've been told they do, but I rarely give businesses a second chance, so I'm now booked elsewhere with significantly less excitement.
