My favourite shoe store in Kingston hands down.
They have a variety of different styles. The staff are very lovely and helpful as well. Can’t say enough. The prices are great and you can’t beat the quality. Looking forward to their fall/winter collection!!!!

My husband and I visited Heel Boy last week in a “shoe emergency” and while we panicked the lovely salesperson showed us lots of options that were available and helped us narrow it down until we both left with perfect new shoes for the event we had that day! Heel Boy will definitely always be on our list for future trips to Kingston.

I recently purchased a pair of ON running shoes from Heel Boy and absolutely loved my experience. They were very helpful and knowledgable and took their time helping me with different styles until we found the right ones for me. This was my first time in the store and I was so impressed with the selection and atmosphere. I will certainly be back! ?

Not sure who it was that helped me today with my new kicks, Thank You for your courteous customer service today.Just went in there to browse and ended up leaving with a new pair of footwear. Store has some good selections of shoes or boots, mostly styles you can't find almost anywhere in the city.Pop in and give the store a browse, you just might find something that you're looking for. :0)

Every time we come into the store it’s clean, organized and the staff are so friendly and helpful! They’re very knowledgeable and give the best recommendations. If they don’t have our size in stock they bring it in quickly. All the shoes are high quality with great prices! Highly recommend buying shoes from heelboy!

Don't shop here unless you're okay with unethical employment practices. They bait and switch applicants advertising for full-time positions when they only do hire for part-time positions. Also sell incredibly cheap merchandise unconscionable markups

I had been looking for a particular shoe in Calgary but unfortunately there were no stores around that carried my size, or color that I wanted. I looked on line and found the style and color I wanted on Heel Boys website and noticed they had a pair in their Kingston location. I was a bit rushed to get them as I wanted them before a certain time frame and initially the shipping comments were that shipments were delayed. I contacted them and spoke to Avery, who was incredibly helpful and ensured me the package would be sent in the next day and had me stay on the phone as she printed off the package ticket and got things ready to ship. During my interactions with them I had actually had to call back a couple of times for my own clarification and to ensure I would receive my shoes in time. Avery was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. I will absolutely be looking at their site and using them again in the future. Thanks for a great customer experience Avery.

Heel boy is one of my favourite stores downtown! The sales staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable of all brands that are carried in store. It’s always so refreshing to walk into heel boy and be greeted by smiling faces from the employees.

I'm a long time customer of Heel Boy in their various locations and online. They always have great selection and their staff are amazing.This spring I purchased a pair of shoes for vacaton. It turned out the shoes had a manufacturer defect and broke. The Kingston location quickly responded and couriored me a new pair, right on time for vacaton. No fuss.Highly recommend Heel Boy!
