I have used Fred's towing via CAA for vehicles as recent as today and in the past, and a even a tractor outside of CAA membership.All of my experiences have been great. Thoughtful drivers concerned with the trees being hurt in the driveway to concern and care taken when loading vehicle. Efficient, friendly service from every driver I've had the pleasure of meeting. I am glad they are part of CAA and will use them even if CAA membership isn't applicable. Thank you for the excellent, friendly service.

Yesterday, Sunday afternoon (June 4th), Gavin from Fred's towing quickly responded to my request for a battery boost. Aside from the friendly demeanor of Gavin when he arrived (which I really appreciate), what I really liked was Gavin asked me why I thought the battery had drained. I explained to him that the rear door switch had recently been broken. He asked me to show him the switch. Within 2 minutes he fixed the switch and explained to be why the battery drained as a result of this. Gavin's correct analysis and fix was not only lighting fast, but he also charged me nothing (no cost!) to address my issue. He saved me a trip to the dealership and who knows what that would have cost me. Excellent service and many thanks to Gavin from Fred's towing for the amazing customer experience!!! Hands down to Mr. Les Turner for his amazing customer service and professionalism. This gentleman went above and beyond his job on a Sunday Father's Day Holiday. He was the only one who agreed on towing our stucked motorhome. He saved us from getting stuck in Beaverton Ontario last Sunday. He is people person and you can tell by his positive attitude towards his job and customers. Fred's Towing company should hire more staff like him. He represents the company with integrity and pride. We can't thank this gentleman enough for saving me and my whole family from getting stuck in an unfamiliar place which we dont know anyone at all.
