I bought an expensive mattress and in less than six months i had to replace to another one I bought online that 75% cheaper and 10 times better.
And they never answered there phone even if they not busy.
The conclusion I really don't need a guy with a suit to selling me a mattress this is not going to add any comfortable to my back ?

We went in and picked out new mattresses. Fantastic service and assistance from the salesperson Joshua. He helped us get an amazing deal on our mattresses. Thank you Joshua! We will definitely shop here again.

Silvester is the best. He’s always so friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions and concerns, and genuinely cares about customers. He makes every experience going to sleep country great, and my husband and I hope that if we need anything in the future from sleep country we cross paths with him again!

My wife and I went shopping for a twin bed at this place yesterday. We were absolutely impressed with the superb service that Silvester provided. He showed us so many different options in the beds and mattresses and helped us find the right price for our situation. Very thankful to Silvester and highly recommend his expertise.

My wife and I visited Sleep Country today in search of the perfect pillow, as she had tried numerous ones before but did not fix her tiredness. Our experience with Paul was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, he warmly welcomed us and took the time to truly understand our needs. Paul's patience and knowledge were evident as he guided us through various options, ensuring we found the right fit. He even went the extra mile by allowing us to test the different pillows on the mattress, ensuring we could experience them as closely as possible to how they would feel in our own bed. We truly appreciate Paul's dedication to customer satisfaction and highly commend him for his outstanding service. Save your money never purchase from them - they have the worst customer service, once you make $$$ purchase they stop caring, our mattress clearly qualifies for warranty claim, they have no number, the mattress shifted completely after a few months and it was a very expensive sealy one. We raised the claim twice and when you demand speaking to someone they say warranty team does not speak to anyone and they don’t change their decision and no manager can contact you - I have IKEA mattresses that are far more comfortable. Save your money!!!!

I recently visited the Kanata centrum Sleep Country outlet, and the experience was outstanding. The offering was very large and the riches of the wide selection of products was so confusing. Fortunately, Dany was there. He is a sales representative, who went above and beyond to assist us with all the technicalities and details of each model. He took the time to patiently showcase various mattress models, providing detailed insights and helping us make an informed decision. His expertise and dedication to customer service made the shopping experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Sleep Country outlet, and a special shout-out to Dany Saad for exemplary service! ??We have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, since the model was not immediately available. If I could put less than a one star, I would, I bought this two days ago, felt pressured into getting a supportive pillow (a big lie not supported at all) and he gave me the most expensive one in the store. After just a few minutes, my head almost touched the mattress, very little support. The salesman told me that this was the best pillow that they have yet I was unable to properly sleep, because is supposed to keep you cool at night I sweat all night and unable to get proper sleep. I am very unhappy with the pillow. Now, since it’s impossible to return the pillow as your warranty doesn’t allow for it, I am stuck with a very expensive pillow I will not use. That will be my last purchase and I will make sure to let my family to never get business there.

Bought a new mattress after one i bought online from wayfair had a big hole in the center, we got a beauty rest, ended up getting price matched against leons here at sleep country. Two months in the mattress started having sinking issues and giving me pain. Must be faulty, i came in to replace the mattress. Was given options that were used and new options. All the new options were more expensive than my original agreement, same with even the used options…unless i wanted to “downgrade” i wasn’t going to get anywhere close to our first agreement. We ended up switching to one of the cheaper mattresses considering we didn’t want to spend almost $2000.00 which seemed like our only choice if we wanted a nice mattress. With consideration the new mattress wont have any guarantee, we opted to choose a cheaper one. after this being our 3rd mattress and it being lower quality, we thought if we are getting a cheaper one it should be cheaper overall and we would be price matched to something slightly lower to compensate the situation but no unfortunately we will be paying the same price despite having issues with the beautyrest, and flexiti. Hopefully the next one is worth the cost. It is not a good feeling when you leave a store feeling worse and more unsure then when you came in the first time. The workers are nice but i really wish we were taken care of better in this situation and explained things more thoroughly about the exchange process. 3.5stars

Just received my new Kingsdown mattress, and couldn't be happier. Sales rep. Paul (he works at Sleep Country) was really helpful in answering questions and securing a great deal. If you're searching for a new mattress, I'd recommend giving the Kanata store a stop.
