Excellent company. Very professional. I have been dealing with Computer Onsite for many years in Ottawa, and I have found their services to be second to none in Canada's capital.
Tony is extremely knowledgeable about malware and other such issues. He doesn't seek to overcharge you for services you don't need like other companies in Ottawa. I highly recommend Computer Onsite to both individuals and local companies alike.

Brought my mac book here with some issues and Tony worked to get it fixed the best he could. Friendly and prompt service and went the extra mile to try and get the computer working properly. The problem eventually returned but at this point I think it is unfixable. Thanks.

Not tech inclined, at least for apple products. Poor customer service.Zero customer satisfaction and very expensive.Go to a place where there is no trial and error and where they have good product knowledge, because it doesn't exist here.

I had hackers take over my computer demanding payment. I took my computer to Computer Onsite since I live in the area. They were able to not only remove the hackers but were able to save my valuable work data that I thought I would lose. The technicians were very knowledgable and the price was reasonable. Will be returning again for any future computer issues.

My laptop fan had died and, unfortunately for me, my usual go-to repair store was currently under lockdown orders. I heard about this and how quick the repairs are, so I sent it in and paid about 55 dollars. Within five hours, I got the results and was told the fans tied to the motherboard and CPU were killed due to heavy (possibly gaming related) duty onto the laptop. Not to mention that there was the obvious problem with the laptop bezel being broken, something I wasn't able to properly handle because around that time, the lockdown happened.
The repair cost would have been 400 dollars (possibly with the 55 dollars as the discount), which, while cheaper than I had imagined the price, was also convinced me to instead invest in a desktop computer, since, on top of all the other things needed to be fixed, it might have been easier for both me and the computer if I put that 400+ towards a desktop that might be able to tank the wear and tear of gaming.
I told him of my decision and went over to pick it up. It was exactly as I had left it, no strings attached.
I should note again that I decided not to go through with the fix for personal reasons and not due to anything related to the shop or its owner. That said, I felt as though my money was well spent since the problem was diagnosed in less than half a day. This is most definitely a good place to send your computer in.
EDIT: I can hear some fan whirring, which means that he might have at least fixed part of it or cleared away some dust?

Went in to fix my broken keyboard. Owner suggested to see if it’s just a liquid issue. I paid and waited hoping it would fix the problem. Turned out it wasn’t that at all and wanted a higher extra charge to fix the keyboard itself. I couldn’t really understand what he saying as well. Felt ripped off. A little discombobulated. Try to avoid.

Owner quoted ridiculously high price for repair, wanted to do unnecessary work. Had my issue resolved for less than 50% of the price quoted by Computer Onsite.

I had my iphone 8+ screen replacement there and after few weeks I sent my phone in asia, the phone went from flickering screen to black out and dead. I paid $130+ tax just for them to break my phone?
