Surprised the pricing was well below other shops and that's great but the customer service was phenomenal! They even told me I didn't have to replace my AC unit like the other place said, it was just something electrical and was dirt cheap to fix! Thanks Mike and Team Nubridge!

I am not usually one to give bad reviews publicly, especially when a small business is involved. However, I need to speak out about Nubridge Auto Center Inc. They put a new engine in our Subaru last year. It took literal MONTHS for them to finish this job. We returned the car several times because of the faulty motor they installed. Each trip back to the shop took weeks to get the car back. We have returned it once more because the engine still isn’t running properly. Mike is trying to tell us he won’t look at it because we’ve driven it 20,000 kms. Huh?? It’s been at the shop or in our driveway for the last 10 months! Nubridge is refusing to fix their shoddy workmanship. That just shows the type of business people they are. Very unfortunate as they are a small business in a small town. You’d think they would have a bit more respect for their clients.
