The manager is very unfriendly and unhelpful. I was unable to use a store credit as they couldn't find it in their system, even though 2 days previous the woman on cash was able to tell me how much was left on my card.Watch the price of your items carefully because they always seem to ring it in at a higher amount until you catch them.Also, I bought hoodies and half zips last year for christmas presents and they all shrunk. It's unrealistic to expect people not to use a dryer. Preshrink the fabric!The clothing is expensive considering the inferior quality.

They have amazing customer service! I had a bad experience at the Upper Canada location so I went to the outlet and they were night and day different for kind treatment. Will go to this store over the other one any day!

The store was well stocked with all sizes and colours. Visually, the store is very appealing. The clothes were neatly folded on the shelves and tables. The staff were very attentive and helpful.

Best quality clothes and incidentals. Been shopping at Eddie Bauer for over 25 years and never had any issues!Last year I bought a collapsible outdoor rocking chair that I absolutely love!

The selection of apparel and accessories here was way more than any other EB store I've been in, actually compares with the old warehouse store that used to be in Vaughan!Incredible deals including discounts up to 70%!!As I was paying, the cashier was super polire, friendly and made an effort at a couple jokes!!!Will stop here again for sure!!!??
