My SUV needs the front bumper replaced
All body shops are booked solid these days, so long bookings, but my front left turn signal wasn't working. Bromley fixed it on the spot using a spare part. The full body work won't happen for a few weeks, but now I don't have to drive around without a left turn signal. Further review after the body work.

So I have SUV back now. Perfect repairs to my front bumper. Looks brand new. I didn't expect them to also thoroughly clean the inside of my vehicle. Bromley has my top recommendation.

Made arrangements to have a Spray-In bedliner installed on my new truck last week.
Unfortunately, When unforeseen complications arose, (with their shipper), they COMMUNICATED immediately with me and made alternate arrangements to satisfy my needs, including changing their schedule around next week, to get me in to do the job.
The folks at Bromley are fantastic, I suspect that based on other folks reviews, and the well-run operational strategy they employ, the work will also be fantastic.

This week I went up to look at an old T-bird one of Rob's customers was selling. Mr. Bromley drove it onto the lift for me to take a look at it underneath, without me even asking. We shot the breeze for a few minutes about old cars and racing even though he had alot of stuff going on in his shops around him. You can tell he is the genuine article and simply has a passion for cars and for people. He reminds me why us car guys stick together.

Great experience, Rob was very professional and knowledgeable in regards to my questions on my Truck. He took the time and Inspected the Truck for body repair and painting. We then discussed my options, what it would take, and gave me a verbal estimate. Great experience, awaiting the written estimate then we can set the date to have the repairs done. Thanks Bromley
