Great small store that has everything. I went to get lightbulbs not having a clue how many options there were. It was overwhelming but Gary was super helpful took the time to go over the options and made it easy. I’d come back here for other home renos

Chris the manager and the handsome young assistant manager I believe his name was tony , we just called him hunny. They were both super attentive and helpful. They both went above and beyond customer service for us even when they were about to close. Thank you for the enjoyable experience!

I went to Rona at Rymal road Hamilton to return a door lock I purchased online because it did not fit the door lock hole. The Rona customer service agent Clarence advised me that there are door installation kits that can make the door hole bigger so that the lock will be compatible. He also assured me that it is DIY friendly. I took his advice and installed the door lock my self. I think Clarence is an asset to Rona Hamilton as he understood my requirement and gave a solution and saved Rona from receiving a returned product. He deserved to be appreciated for his excellent attitude towards superior customer service. Five stars ⭐️.

The guys at the pro desk are cool, Rona isn’t my go-to, but good to have the option. Make sure you pick your own lumber and always keep your receipts for returns. VIP pro doesn’t compare to Home Depots Pro Xtra

Amazing customer service!! I walked into the store and immediately was greeted by one of the sales girls Ashleigh. She greeted me right away and it’s been a while since i’ve had somebody do that for me. Good job Rona, Good job Ashleigh.

This store has a good selection of items. I got some mulch and they helped loaded the bags in my vehicle. Was friendly and chatting while loading up.
I do find however when buying items inside it’s sometimes hard to find help. Was no wait today when I went. The line was not long so was in and out with a breeze.
Free easy parking.
This location is a bit smaller than the others
