Malcom was a Absolute Pro. Bought a car from ONS and it was my Son’s first experience buying a Car and it was Amazing. Malcom went out of his way and replaced anything that was not to his Standard. Hands down the best and most fair auto shop in Hamilton. I've not only bought a truck off Malcolm (Works great, was at a great price too) but I've also have had him do a ton of work to a work truck of mine as well. As a business owner it was very important that I got the truck done not only quick but at a fair price. They delivered. Again, I have nothing but good to say about O.N.S auto and highly recommend. I brought my car to ONS to find out why there was a grinding sound coming from one of the wheels while driving. While there I asked if he could give the car a look over as I haven’t been keeping up with the maintenance and was sure I’d have a long list of things to be repaired or replaced. Within an hour Malcolm called me to let me know why my car was grinding, and that all I needed done was spark plugs and brakes. The service was quick and cost efficient.Services: Transmission

Recently bought a used vehicle from ons auto. I have dealt with them for repairs mostly over the years. They made buying a vehicle very easy and no pushy sale tactics as well They addressed all my concerns and when I received the vehicle it was better then we could have hoped. Highly recommend!!!This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. The owner was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I didn't feel like He was trying to "sell" me on anything making me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. Thanks

In November 2021, ONS Auto took my vehicle as a trade in towards a new vehicle and did not payout my previous lien resulting in credit damage and the vehicle i was sold requires $7500 plus for a new engine ….. Absolute crooks
