I had gone for a grooming service for my 7 month pup Romeo. I am dissatisfied with the hair style Chris gave though he had put in the work and covered all the areas that needed to be done. His work was thorough. But my puppy’s face looks so bad right now I dont recognize him. I had clearly requested him by showing a picture for reference even, to leave my pups muzzle hair on. But he decided to go ahead and trim it down to zero. Sharing my dogs before and after pics. I am giving 3 star coz Chris decided my dogs look for me, which sucks.

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the groomer recently. Our dog has gone here before with no issue but this last time was a nightmare. She was there for 5+ hours and came out with a ton of cuts and gashes everywhere. One was so bad on her face that we had to take her to the vet. It's still healing weeks later. You could tell the groomer had tried to stop it from bleeding with some type of orange ointment. Not only that but her groom was terrible. Some parts were shaved to skin while others were long as if it had never been cut. The groomer seemed off when she brought our dog out. Our dog was traumatized and didn't move for 2 days. I'll be lucky if she ever lets anyone groom her again. She is 12 years old and gets groomed multiple times a year, we have never ever experienced anything like this. We weren't charged for the groom, but that doesn't even matter. It's the wellbeing of my pet that is the issue.

Today was my first time there with my pup and they went above and beyond to make my pup comfortable and my first Time there even though the mix up I would totally suggest going here they are so caring for your animal I will definitely be back

Rude, irresponsible and inconsiderate. The store never opened at 10 for the 10am appointment. After traveling for half an hour, 20 minutes of waiting and leaving a voicemail, I got a call back at 10:25 with attitude saying the groomer called in sick and can’t be dragged out of their home. No consideration for the clients time whatsoever.

Super pleased with the grooming my dog Bear recently had done. The groomer was amazing, she listened to what I wanted done and was super patient with my dog. My dog is a Samoyed and most groomers don’t get excited to see a Samoyed come in (lots of fluff lol) but she was fantastic and will definitely bring him back to see her again! The pet store is amazing too, lots of good products and the staff is super friendly!

I've been going to this pet store for the last decade, the owner, Chris is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.Store carries a wide range of products, including pet foods that have the same ingredients that you can find at the Vets. Offers grooming for both cats and dogs.Fair pricing and comes with 2 Kitties that occupy the shop that you can't help but to fall in love with and look forward to a friendly visit every time yoy visit and shop.
