Welcoming! Was greeted IMMEDIATELY upon entering the store. Sales person was pleasant and happy. I was advised of the current sales promotions and asked if I needed assistance. Sales person was close when I needed, and NOT hovering on top of me. Offered to find me item that was in a different size and have it shipped to our home address.

I want to thank Debbie for her wonderful customer service experience . Every year at Christmas, I look for things at Laura’s for my family. Each time, I walk out feeling happy and with fine quality items. The customer service here is an experience that almost feels like a different era, when people took pride in their work and their store. Thank you again

I love the clothes they have at Laura. You can always find something for every occasion. If the store you are at doesn’t have the item or size you are looking for, they will gladly order it in from another store or their warehouse. I’ve had things in as fast as the next day!! ❤️

My wife bought a dress for our daughters wedding. The sales person was excellent. Her name is Penny and she is by far the best at her job. She is so professional but at the same time down to earth. She was so helpful and assisted my wife in picking out the perfect dress....Pleaseake sure she gets full credit for her excellent service

Very bad experience ever, never happened before, got a dress on 4th and went to return on 9th, because it doesn’t matches to our colour theme, person named Irene i think, was soo rude to us, keep on saying that you worn this dress, dress was with tags, unworn , unopened from the bag, it was as it is as i got packaged from them. She said i am on this business since 10 years, and rejected the refund, it was just 5 days. Really very bad service will never go to this location again. If you think you could gift someone from here, never do that because they will not allow you to return or exchange.

It's truly impossible to find anything that one would be interested in buying in women's clothing at The Bay. I don't know if it's intentional or misguided, but online (avoiding Marketplace items) is the only way to shop at The Bay for women's clothing anymore.
