Called and scheduled a pickup for a return parcel. I was told where to put it, I had it put it outside at 7am. It is now almost 7pm and I have just gotten off the phone and wad told they came and there was no package. I was home all day. No one showed up. I have now been told I have to call back for a third time on Monday or Tuesday to schedule the pickup again. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Not outside! - This location is still operating. However, it's moved inside the strip mall. Its located on the side with the Chinese Food restaurant.

They need to update the map. The place is inside the Plaza, but Google Maps still shows its old outdoors location. This should be fixed to prevent confusion.

This is the Penguin Pickup inside of the strip mall. It’s across from the alterations and cobbler. Service was great but the prices are outlandish.
