Had a great experience with getting our living room couch! Mohammed and team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us to narrow down our couch but not pushy at all. We bought a Canadian made couch with the ability to fully customize the fabric, size and all the details. Waited about 3 weeks for the delivery. Delivery was super smooth and it looks amazing in the space! Really pleasant experience.

I rarely share my experiences or rate local businesses other than word of mouth but this time I had to. This store is on Stonechurch across from Leon’s. Looks small at first glance but the interior is quite large and the customer service is outstanding. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohammad who went above and beyond to answer all my questions and offer suggestions . It involved an urgent mechanical bed for my 95 year old Aunt and Mohammad took measurements, helped coordinate delivery and even suggested I try the mattress my Aunt already owns before purchasing another. When I paid he carefully went over the receipt so I had no questions. The delivery was just as great an experience. Super friendly and professional guys delivered the bed. They called ahead just before arriving. I will definitely return to the for all my mattress and furniture needs. I am so glad I checked out this store! ?

Searched high and low for a sectional. Could not find anything that was not going to cost me a ton of money. Came across Decor Furniture and Mattress and both Mohammed’s at each location were so helpful and knowledgeable. The process was seamless and I had my custom couch in 2.5 weeks. It is beautiful and I HIGHLY recommend.

We bought a couch and chair for our living room a year ago. We still love the couch and customer service was great. Prices are awesome so we returned for a bed for our daughter. Customizable furniture at good prices are a great mix. Thanks Decor!

Horrible customer service !!! The girl was on her phone ( personal call) and she was trying to help us and she couldn’t find what we were looking for and she was browsing on her computer and telling us shes trying to ask other people for help, I couldn’t wait any longer and I left my email address and phone number so she could give me an update but she never contacted me !! I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone ?

Excellent experience overall dealing with Decor. I purchased a sofa set from Mohammad a little over a year ago, was able to customize the set to 2 sofas and a loveseat for an added fee. Was very professional in all manners and I was beyond satisfied with the customer service and free delivery. Set is still holding up well with significant daily use. Have been recommending all my friends and family to them since. Keep up the great work!
