Very disappointed because I didn't know that I can't return items which I bought online from the store itself. My son wears a xlarge pants from Old Navy, Adidas or Rebook so I ordered "XL" too from Gap. Unfortunately the waist was too small so I had to return it and went to Toronto Premium Outlet branch. The lady in the cashier told me that they don't accept returns bought online. I had to call a number which she showed me from the online receipt. I called and unfortunately the lady I spoke with wasn't very helpful at all. Like it's a flat "NO" and told me I need to pack it up along with the return label she sent me to UPS or Canada Post which will cost me more money than actually going to the store and bought it personally. Lesson learned, read the rules before buying.

I was there yesterday with my pet dog.My pet was on my lap and leashed all the time.
My pet was so quiet,no barking and no noise.
The store manager says get out of the store.
She was extremely arrogant and disrespectful.
She said this is a store not a park .
Unbelievable attitude towards pet from Gap.
Pathetic behaviour.

Set up is a little cramped but like the varieties in kids section.
Staff is always busy working but helpful if you need them.
They can get very crazy busy and witnessed some customers who take a lot of time at check out but cashiers are always patient with the customers. If the line gets long, they always add another cashier to help the line moving.
They are happy to do price adjustments and never received an attitude about it.
I recently dealt with female asian manager as I had a pricing error with my previous purchase. She took her time to help me out and since the gap cash was already done and could not be reapplied, she found a way to fix the error all while being super kind and friendly.
I always appreciate a good service. Thank you

This store would not exchange any products bought from Gap online stating that they are not the same. Managers do not have any authority to make any exceptions either. If this is Gap's policy they need to manage it internally and have a process in place to exchange/return Gap online and Gap Factory merchandise at each other stores for better customer service. Especially given Gap store locations are not close by for all. 2 stars for zero options provided and was given a straight NO. However will give 4 stars to staff and manager for their listening skills. Will not be shopping at Gap.
