We have had a unit for years and never an issue. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. It’s clean and secure which we like. I had a friend who went to Uhaul on Speedvale in Guelph and when she went to go get her stuff they announced it was thrown in the dumpster. Before any says anything about that they had her credit card to charge monthly. Apparently the staff like to help themselves. She found this out when she demanded they come up with her stuff only to return a couple of itemsSo my thoughts stick with a company you trust which we do with Some Place Safe!

Get every record and documentation you can before and after renting from this location and beware of these places that aren’t directly uhaul. I’m giving a 1 star to this location because of what they did to me after I had rented from them. The overall process with them renting the truck at the beginning and returning it was no issue, their customer service was great during my rental. However, they had reached out to me a few days later saying I owed a bit extra money for the rental which was fine and I had agreed to pay. They told me to etransfer them the money, (which I was later told from a representative from head office that etransfer is not a proper way to pay for the truck, little did I know) Anyways I had sent the money to them when they had asked. About a month or so later I receive a collections notice in the mail saying I didn’t pay them and now owe an extra $30. I immediately called the uhaul location and asked them what had happened. The rep told me they didn’t accept the money on time and was supposed to send me a letter to pay them directly, which they did not. She did not help or deal with my issue and told me to file a complaint with head office. I was home when I received the collections notice, a week after I had just received a head injury, so this is the last thing I wanted to deal with. Took me about a month of running around trying to get ahold of a manager to resolve this issue as I did not refuse to pay them, which ended up getting resolved, not by the location, but by a manager at head office. Very very disappointed in this location, as I have never had problems with uhaul in the past. Just beware of these locations that aren’t directly uhaul locations. I will never recommend this location to anyone.

Excellent store to store your belongings. Prices are fair and service is great. You will have access till 10pm.

Very polite staff that helped quickly and efficiently rent me a U-Haul and when I needed an extra day there was no fuss or issue which was really appreciated

I have to say that I much prefer renting my U-Hauls from this location. Staff are helpful, patient, and service driven. Highly recommend going here for your trucks.

I have been using this facility for a few years. I like the indoor storage. The facility is well maintained and always clean. Parking can be a bit of a bother since there is only one door in a busy lot shared by other businesses.

This place is different than most storage facilities I've used in the past. The units are indoors in a heated building located in town. There are handy dandy carts scattered about for easy transportation.
The staff is great. I was in a bind when I went in, and they were able to make things work for me.
Also, conveniently, they have Uhaul services available there. I would definitely rent a spot off them again.
