Friendly helpful staff, although they have a sign saying they will measure you . When asked was told no. So I spent an abnormal amount of time trying to find something that worked.

Today I attended the Stone Rd Store to exchange a Christmas gift of flannel pajamas. The tag was still on the gift although I did not have the original receipt. As luck would have it, the store had my correct size & I spoke with a courteous clerk to assist with the exchange and check out. A few moments later a Staff member by the name of Melina (sp) attended and informed me that I could not exchange the gift as it was from last year. Assuming that I was now speaking to the on duty Manager, she advised that she was not prepared to allow the straight exchange as it was from last year. We're only 3 days in to the new year so again I make the assumption that she means 2022. Not that this was explained nor seems relevant. I was then dismissed.Given that the pajamas were originally purchased at la Vie en Rose and I was merely making a straight exchange for the same product, due to the size error, I'm disappointed that consideration could not be given in this regard. I'm now without a useable Christmas gift & remain a disgruntled shopper.

I was so disappointed with this store. It's overfilled, making it hard for a disabled person to go in. The majority of the staff just stands around. I have been in several times, and only ONCE been asked if I needed help. That woman went above and beyond to help us. I haven't seen her since, though, and that disappoints me!In retail, I should not have to hunt down an employee when the stores only got one other customer in there.It's not worth my time or energy. I'll go to La Senza, where they go above and beyond for their disabled clientele. And their regular clientele

It was buy 6 pair of undies for 36. I grabbed 4 size small and made a mistake of grabbing 2 extra small in error. With receipt and all tags on panties went back next day to try and exchange the 2 pair. This is the kicker!!! Because I didn't disclose it was a Christmas gift I couldn't exchange.???I just confessed I made the mistake!! Anyone looking at me knows I do not wear extra smallAnd looking at the date on receipt might give the clue it's a Christmas gift!!!Come on people it's 2 pairs of panties!!!! All tags attached!!!!Merry Christmas!!! Also it's a NO to future purchases!!

Have been in a few times and wasn't once greeted by staff, couldn't even get a hi. Staff is extremely rude and make me feel extremely unwelcome. Also, can definitely tell that they discriminate against plus sized/fat people. I truly have never been in a store with customer service as terrible as this one!!

Loved the sale today in the store. Got great products at reasonable prices.However, the store lacks good customer service. By the time my friend and I were checking out our stuff, one of the girls talked to me very impolitely. Not only she was rude to me but also to other customers as well. She asked someone to leave when her card declined and escorted her out. We almost felt pressured to leave the store.
