Absolutely love this small business in downtown Guelph. Silvia is so kind and there are so many great Latin foods, varying from dulces to savoury. My family is from Ecuador, and it makes me so happy to have foods from my father’s homeland in close proximity. I will definitely be coming back!

My eyes saw but my mind refused to understand. How was it possible that, a few blocks from the magnificent Basilica of Our Lady Immaculate, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada, there was a place dedicated to the gastronomy not only of Mexico but of every Latin American country.Motley shelves and on each level products with implausible labels about to overflow. Every centimeter of free wall was occupied by cardboard with illustrations related to the products that, like scales, hung in multicolored rows of envelopes with some content.A living museum of potential flavors and aromas, vivid colors and textures. A way of being different and at the same time shared. From one shelf to another a change of country. Another frontier.A parade of flags, brands and different ways of making food an identity, a culture; intangible heritage of humanity together, all within a location marked #101, on Wyndham St. in the very beautiful (and cosmopolitan) city of Guelph.What a privilege for the thousands of students of your University and inhabitants in general, to be able to count on this multicultural mosaic. Amazing Family Owned Business, they are very friendly and welcoming, they are very knowledgeable and helpful, there is lots of variety in their store with products from all around Central and South America! Would definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out

Guelph Latin Market is an amazing little store that it's worth checking out.They have lots of options regarding Latin food, ingredients and delicious candies, waffles, and cookies, wtc for your sweet tooth.Also, they have an amazing selection for frozen entries, perfect for a party, gathering, etc. They are already pre-made. they just need to be cooked, baked, and/or warm up.I was assisted by Silvia. She was very friendly, polite, and super helpful.You don't have to be a Latin person in order to be delighted with the amazing options that they offer.You can also get gifts and clothes accessories. They also make piñatas Guelph Latin Market is a great choiceFully recommended ???????NOTE: Don't forget to get the Queso Fresco. The best cheese you will find in the area.
