Not worth 1 star. Went to make a return worth over $100 so quality should be good but as it ripped before even being worn I went to honestly return them. Before being able to fully explain myself I was neglected and yelled at, with multiple workers coming to aid each other. They don’t follow their own policies yet expect us to. Don’t come here absolutely disgusting behavior. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Bad times for our daughter at this shop. Had to return 2 pairs of boots. In the end the 3rd pair was not at all what she wanted. she was really sad about how long the process took and how many times she had to go back and forward. as we live out of town "Pick up your boots" ..."IF" you care about your reputation.

Hello. The most horrible experience I have ever had.I made a purchase of $300+Tax at this location. I came all the way back from Brampton to Guelph to make an exchange as I tried on in the store a size 7 and I was sold a size 8. Once I arrived at the counter and said that I was there for an exchange, the person in charge started to yield at me for no reason.Even though I explained the situation, and he was the same person who sold them to me, I only got insults!.After he had screamed everything he wanted to me, he didn't apologize, but said that he have had a bad morning.Unfortunately this is the worst experience I had ever had in Canada, and the worst customer service ever.I have a pair of shoes that I'm not able to wear!! Thank you.

Great spot for shoes! Wanted to come in and look at shoes for a wedding but it was closed. Facebook and Google said it was open and it was very much not. Please update store hours like most businesses have due to COVID.

Friendly people, great selection of unique styles and there's a little something for everyone. Fantastic deals all year round, for undeniable quality . Never had a hard time finding things I liked in my size, and can honestly say the owners really chose each style with a lot of thought and care never comprising on practicality and always ahead of the fashion curve. I have bought many of my shoes from them, and although a small business, very community oriented and involved in so many ways with other businesses. As soon as you walk in you are always greeted with a smile and they know everyone by name, they will work with you and even find things you never knew you loved, so patient and helpful. A little hidden treasure in Guelph. Must visit at least once in your life! Remember to support local businesses!
