Love how you go in and ask to get 10 ballon’s say I will pay for them that you understand could take a bit and you will come back in a hour to grab them to be told no when 2 other workers are standing behind the cashier doing nothing and could have very well handled it thanks for not performing a service you offer and clearly could have gotten done

Is this store not allowed the kids?Today I came with my son.He stand behind me and touched the Christmas house and the lady works here passed to us and said with a angry voice even glance at us with her co-worker”OMG stand with your child”it made me shocked.He did nothing wrong.Be honestly we feel comfortable shopping in Dollarama more than here.I definitely never come back

Update: 10/27/23 @ 5:50pmUpdating this to a 1 star review. I have been shopping here for years until today with a horrible experience with an employee which I will not name, regarding boxes. There are empty boxes that they leave at the front entrance and we were being nice about it and said “you have lots of boxes this time” she responded with if I was shopping here and I said no. She responded with “you cannot take these boxes” it’s unfortunate because every time I shop in this plaza I would take a few empty boxes (thinking I’d do them a favour!) to put my food in there so I don’t have to use bags etc. All boxes I acquire from any place is also reused with my Etsy shop for shipping which I always promote reducing waste. It’s a shame because I buy lots of arts and craft products here. This is the last time I step foot in this store and will shop at other locations. Like dollarama across the street or Michaels for my business supplies.I would advise management or employees to create a sign regarding these empty boxes are for paying customers.Original review:5 Star visit for me. They have better prices on some items than competitors (dollarama) across the street. For example Bristol board and foam packaging. I like their selection of drinks as well as the isles were clean, wide and stocked.Good place to find crafting items and cheap tools.Staff is nice and helpful as well. Would visit here again.

I wish I could give 0 Start, There is a cashier named JULIA extremely rude, She doesn't know how to talk to customers, Not willing to answer my query in return she hurried me at the checkout and given me a bad look. I am surprised how she is still working there. Someone from the store need to look into this issue, very bad.

If i could give it zero, I would. The customer service is terrible and inconsistent. They claimed that product exchange aren't allowed even though receipt states, "We would GLADLY EXCHANGE any unopened item with original receipt. We do not offer refunds." The recent manager is rude af and unaccomadating - she did not bother explaining as to why I couldn't exchange the item even though they weren't busy. The store is a mess, products aren't displayed properly and are all over the place. It is crowded and not suited for social distancing (not their fault). A lot of steps in training and proper hygiene are necessary for the store to succeed and stay open. Have a good day though.
