435 Stone Rd W, Guelph“This is a good store as it has a lot of different products that you don't see in other stores.
The staff is usually nice and there are good deals here. The only negative is that the self-checkout is only open during certain times.”
“Thank you, Ammal, for helping me around to find wonderful and well budgeted gifts for my family.
Your customers' service skills are beyond expectations.
May God bless you always ?.
I will surely suggest my friends visit this location”
“I come to this location a lot. Usually there is lots of selection of clothes, hats, toys, etc... and are good deals.
I recommend Marshalls Stone Road Mall.”
“Just had a great customer service experience here. Had purchased a toilet here and when I got home I opened to find it all cracked! The customer service desk was amazing as they helped us exchange the toilet even though we lost the receipt. They had also helped us load it in and out the car. 10/10 experience.”
“Kelly in sports is amazing. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me find a bicycle tube. Extremely professional experience. Gold star to Kelly. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.”
“A wonderful woman, April I believe, was very kind to my friends and I. As young people we are usually ignored or watched suspiciously at stores, however April made our day. We had forgotten our shopping bags and were walking out holding our groceries (a bit of a balancing act), when April stopped us. She asked if we'd like to take a box, free of charge, to carry our groceries in. Not only this, but she helped us organize our groceries in the box for easy carrying. While this may seem like a small gesture, it was incredible customer service, and was greatly appreciated. She made us feel like valued customers and we will be returning in the future. Thanks again April!”
“I had no real complaints about the Walmart, except for the wait time to get out.I was stopping in the last hour to grab a shower curtain and rings for a quick fix. Just finished dinner on valentines day and so it was open. This walmart is relatively new, it just moved in less than a decade ago. Two decades ago it was a Target, so if you're visiting and looking for those big decorative balls out front-they are gone. The stone road mall has improved dramatically, basically removing the small town charm in the area. When I walked in over a decade ago, I really struggled with the location honoring the return of battery disposal fee -who keeps a receipt that long right?Check out was arduous and a wait. The place is oversized in my opinion.”
“I am leaving this review to recognize a cashier that is not only amazing at her job but an amazing person, Sweety (I apologize if I have spelt her name incorrect). Thank you for making my experience welcoming and changing my perspective of shopping again. I hope she sees this review and knows how greatful I am to have come into contact with such a caring soul ?”
“This is my first time in this store. I noticed that they have a nice selection of items for bathroom, kitchen, living room, front and back entrances, hallways, etc.
They sell carpets, mirrors, lamps, wall clocks, bathtowels, bathrobes, coasters, etc..
This store has carts to put our items in.
We have to line up to be served. They do have at least 10 cashiers. There were only two cashiers when I was there. The lady who served me was very nice and helpful. I brought my own bags. But they do sell bags if you need them.
Inside this store, they do have Washrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances.
They are well organized and room to walk around. They do accept cash, credit, and debit. This store is inside the Stone Road Mall.
They do have doors to go in and out of the store from the parking lot. The carts are on the right side when you leave, and when you come in, the carts are on the left side. They do have the same entrance and exit to go in and out to the mall. It's a fair size store.
They do have Wheelchair Accessible Entrances from the parking lot and inside the mall. They do have free parking with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lots.”
