Absolutely lovely people, I went in look for kitten food and I have feed them different kinds that are SOOO EXPENSIVE, Jada and Jayden helped me find healthier food options that was much cheaper and they where so helpful with all my questions and they are very knowledgeable 10/10 experience I will forever bee going there instead of PetSmart!!!

Was my go to spot before the entire staff turned over. Now I never find what I need in stock, never approached about what I couldn't find, and am rarely greeted. Miss the reliable staff you lost, i have switched pet stores for reliability.

Melissa is a gem? My cat has a very strict diet and It's been complicated to find food for her, Melissa went out of their way to help with suggestion and doing research to see whether or not the foods would be suitable for my kitty. Literally went above and beyond, thanks again ?

It took me a while, but I found a great pet store with staff that care, ask the right questions, and are actually invested and interested in the people and animals that walk into the door. Came in on a Sunday and the staff were helpful, smart, and interested. I've been in lots of times before and I can honestly say I leave impressed and happy I came in every time I leave. Really great job.
