The Homecare department was extremely helpful and met our every need after I was hospitalized with a hip fracture. Both ladies were so pleasant to deal with.

This place is awful. From the service, to the wait times when they tell you to come at a specific time that works for them, to literally everything. I’m always waiting at least 10 minutes to get greeted & then another 20 minutes for my medications. Insanity & so over it.

I recently made an order through their home health care department. From beginning to end they were amazing. Sourced out the correct special order item and Kayleen was great to deal would definitely recommend to anyone who needs home health care items.

Used to be a really great pharmacy but since their main pharmacist left, and maybe an owner switch? It’s gone down hill. Every time I have gone in I’ve been waiting too long for someone to come and check me out at the cash, the pharmacy has messed up my medication and my family’s medication MULTIPLE times. Saying they “haven’t received faxes” from our family doctor and then magically finding it when we called later to confirm that our doctor sent the new prescription. And just today they refused to give me an emergency amount of a prescription I’m taking (non narcotic) for polycystic ovary syndrome even though it can have negative health impacts to suddenly stop taking it, and I haven’t heard back from my doctor for the renewal yet. ALL around wouldn’t recommend.

I've had a number of great experiences here. Recently, I was prescribed a CPAP machine which I wasn't too thrilled about. The staff here explained everything involved, let me try 5 different masks until I found one that suited me, and gave me everything I needed for my insurance claim. Today, I called about issues with a blood pressure monitor my partner bought elsewhere but was having issues with. We brought it in to the homecare department and they immediately recognized me from the phone call. The clinician tested my unit on my partner (and then on herself) and compared both to the in-store machine. It was way off. She then recommended a wrist unit which would be more comfortable, opened it up and let us try it out first for fit and accuracy. I'm very impressed with their customer service and caring employees and would recommend them to anyone.

Very large Home Healthcare selection of products. The staff is helpful and very knowledgeable. Everything from trinkets to wheelchairs!! Easy shopable pharmacy with a good selection.

Poor customer service:Front/floor staff are busy chatting it up with themselves or on their moviles.Many employees behind the pharmacy counter and not ONE person were able to help me out with a number of prescriptions.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!TISK TISK!

Rude, not helpful, they make mistakes and blame them on you or the insurance company. Will not be returning for anything.
