A few things have changed here that you should be aware of:1) we felt forced to order grocery bins as staff were no longer using cardboard bins. If you didn't have a bin staff would offload your items one by one into your bags at your car, defeats the purpose of a 'quick' pick up. THIS HAS NOW CHANGED they are back to using cardboard boxes that i have to break down and dispose of after ordering 8 bins at $6.00 per bin. 4 in my car, 4 in my husbands2) they are no longer refunding your money back to original payment, it's given back in optimum pointsMichelle is amazing (grocery pick up Manager)

Pricey with a wide range of groceries and household items. Way better products and prices than Metro, my opinion

Good management. The supervisor honored a flyer deal and issued the extra discount on the second item (Even though the cashier was not aware of the flyer deal/details and did not co-operate at the beginning)

Usually my experience at the superstore is really bland, in and out for a few items and not even a smile on the way out or a simple "have a great night" but Tara made all the difference. Her deep purple hair with sunset orange tips matched perfectly with her positive attitude. She was very helpful when I asked her to help me find a simple product. My main focus on writing this review is to point out her interpersonal skills, light heartedness and warm smile! She made a comedic joke and brought me over to the product herself to make sure I knew where they were. I feel people who have these great skills get overlooked by management in many ways so, by taking the time to write this positive review I hope she gets some kind of recognition, there's no shame in giving people positive feedback about the small things they do while at work and I think she should be recognized for being simply herself. Thanks Tara!

Avoid this location. Now they have receipt scanners at the self-checkout, deteriorating the customer experience by painting us as criminals. It was bad enough when they introduced 2 sets of gates at the entrance. This is ridiculous. Vote with your wallet!

Came to shop for flyer specials on front page. 4 out 7 specials were not available. So much about honouring your flyer and customers.

I use the curbside pickup as I have a mobility disability. The last 3 times I have ordered I have had problems with the quality of some items and the expiry date of meat and fish. The first time at pickup the customer service agent asked if it was ok that the chicken was 1 day from the expiration date. I took it because I was going to freeze them immediately. The next visit the large package of mushrooms I bought were already turning brown on top and the strawberries were almost spoiled. This last visit on Monday, I was asked if it was ok that the club size salmon I purchased was expiring on Monday( the same day). I replied no that was not acceptable to pay $37.00 for fish that is bad. The girl was nice enough to check and get me another fish that expired in 3 days. The next day I tried the maple danishes that were baked in-store. They were hard as a rock! I checked the expiry date and they expired the day I picked up the groceries. The worst thing about this I called the store customer service and asked for a refund. My husband brought the box back the next day with the receipt and the girl tried to insist that the pastry was still good even though she did not open the box to test or see that the 3 1/2 danishes left were rock hard?My question is, is the store policy to get rid of all the expired groceries to unsuspecting customers and question them if they try to return them? This is so poor customer service and shows such a lack of respect for the consumer especially when they are unable to walk the store and pick and choose the best quality item for the money spent. So disappointing for $4.99 after spending $170.00.

I used to have real Canadian superstore as a backup option for Walmart, but it has started to grow on me. The variety and the prices are slightly better than walmart these days. Overall, real canadian superstore has never let me down.

Prices as we all know...too high at all stores. Issue I have is price labels missing. Labels for same item but different. Label/price not matching product on the shelves.
