Always good tasting frozen finger foods . Nice clean store with friendly helpful staff. It would be 5 star but the products are much more costly compared to grocery store items that are similar. The M&M items are better quality in my opinion.

We enjoy the products but every time we take a drive there the products on sale are sold out or they can’t find the products that we want. We check the website before we go, and it shows a lot of stock and within the hour we arrive and there is none available.

Customer service right know is hit and miss but the lady working at Georgetown shop today 4ish what an absolute asset to your company. Ever customer who entered she treated like an old friend. Her upbeat personality was a breath of fresh air. To recommendation of products knowledge. I honestly left with Christmas spirit and that there is good people in this world. If your company has a staff recognition program she must be recognized. Here's to hoping you saw the meteorite shower

Hidden gem. Store was remodeled and is ultra clean, organized. Only ding is the prices. There used to be real value in what you bought at MM, but prices are getting a bit nuts.

Its not the products that make this place great. It’s the staff. Super-friendly, very helpful. Goes out of their way to help you find what you want or need. And helps with coupons and deals.

M&M's is a great place to stock tasty frozen food. A go to place to cut down on prep time. Very nice staff that is super helpful.

Curbside pickup is a joke. I placed an order for pickup and was 5 minutes late so when I called they said I have to come in and pick up my order. I told them I didn't have a mask and was then told we are open until 8:00 or next day. I had to go home to get a mask, go in to pick up my order and not only did the young girl not thank me she handed me the bill and didnt say one word. They shouldn't offer services if they aren't ready!

Pulled up tonight, Jan 22, 2021 @743pm only to be told by a young lady with terrible customer service skills that they are closed and if we "hurry up and know what we want" she will "help us."Guess you close whenever you want to? 17 minutes early on a friday night. It could have been earlier who knows, maybe we would have been told the same thing at 735?? Tomorrow night (sat) is UFC(mcgregor), guess you dont want my $$...horrible business management. Good thing Canadian Superstore is next door.Will never return.
