Never answers their phone. I've been going to the pharmacy for several years and I have never once been able to reach them over the phone.

I have never had a worse experience with any other health/ medical team. This pharmacy never answers their phone or faxes, sends fills to the wrong locations and is constantly inappropriately late with filling prescriptions. I only take what is absolutely necessary to me and I constantly have to take them days or WEEKS late because of their service. At this point I have been off of a medication of theirs so long that I’m going to have to go through all of the horrible stopping and starting side effects again. I feel that they must have no respect or dignity for the importance of their own job.

The pharmacy team is refusing to answer their telephone, which is extremely problematic from the standpoint of ethical medical professionalism.
