If you need your car repaired, don’t hesitate to come to this shop. You can count on professionalism, quick service and great cost for the repair. In my case, all factors were wonderfully implemented. Additionally, I would like to draw attention to the human aspect, the kindness and understanding. I 100% recommend this repair shop.

This week I brought two of my cars in to get snow tires on, one was brought in on Monday and one today. Today is the last day I will ever let them touch another one of my vehicles.They never gave me the wheel nuts back for the car that was brought in on Monday, when I told them they accused me of losing them and never took responsibility for their mistake.After years of coming here, I would never recommend them due to their complete lack of customer service.Adding this on, after you are coming after me... First of all, what happened with the generator had nothing to do with me, just like it had nothing to do with you and your wheel nuts... You couldn't even tell me where you put them in my car and made my daughter waste her time bringing the car over for you to not even come out and look, you didn't even put the wheel locks back on, so you charged me for 4 extra wheel nuts that were not needed... So tell me about being a professional. By the way, the generator was actually $1300 not $250... Nice try, tell the truth next time.

Amazing management, Quality technicians and prompt guidance and service. Always busy with appointments and wait times may get longer. Suggest to book an appointment during winter tire change and balancing services.Offer all automobile services and mechanical repairs. Great place to have the car servicing done.

Beyond speechless, this is nuts.I called in through HHR and ended up on the line with one of the two that deem fit to run the show.I mentioned that my 2013 2.0 Jetta needed a new radiator and I asked for an estimate for the entirety of the job;Unit+labour. The individual (steve) specifically told me the following:$300+hst for the radiator from their Brampton distributor$200+hst for labour, which is understandable.I brought the car in this morning to later find a bill in my hands reading $812.00. Again, I was speechless. I was charged roughly $33.00 for antifreeze and well over the ‘ballpark’ quote that was noted over our many phones calls. Steve and the chap at the counter looked at me before handing over the bill, saying “consider this an early Christmas present, this is one crazy deal we’re giving you on this.”I didn’t know what to respond with once I read the bill. I told Steve, “this is not the number that was mentioned over the phone, you told me $500+hst for everything, the unit ($300.00+ the labour $200.00).”Steve- “nope, you know what I said over the phone, $500 for the unit alone.”The unit on the bill reads $489.00, let that sink in. Had I gone through Rockauto for the unit, I’d be out $150.00.Even a blind person could see through this guy. Don’t, whatever you do, put your faith nor trust in this place. Feeling cornered in a confined brick of a place wasn’t helping my case either, knowing that they were deciding to stick to their story. It’s easy to change the figure once the job has come to its conclusion, I suppose.Shame, that they’re still in business. You have to understand, I am all for supporting local businesses, but this is one way to completely lose it. If your car stops working, I’d strongly suggest you run for the hills over putting your trust in their hands.

We had our flex tube break at the start of a long weekend. We called HHR and they took us in right away on Saturday morning and fixed us up within half an hour and got us back on our way. Excellent customer service, they did a great job and very fair. Would recommend them to anyone!

My elderly parents brought in their 2011 Kia Sportage in to install, balance newly purchase tires and got an alignment as well.I called this place in the morning to make an appointment expecting a week or so wait...he said they could come in immediately! I was pleasantly surprised!My parents were on a tight timeline and everything went quickly and smoothly. My parents said the owner even sat with them and chatted from time to time and was super friendly.My parents came home very happy and said they would recommend HHR to anybody!

We've used HHR a couple of times in the last six months (tire swap and caliper replacement). Both times, they have been absolutely outstanding with fitting us in on short notice. Prices are fair and the customer service is top notch. ? We will certainly be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I came here to check why my suv was shaking periodically .Steve was honest very polite and said I needed new front end tire rods . Very polite crew .I was dropped off picked back up . And the pricing was honest . Thank u Steve and Crew
