This place has the same lady always alone at the front & she’s so kind. Although, you can see she’s struggling doing it alone. I asked today why she’s alone up front everytime I visit this location because there’s 3 other registers. What she told me is that she doesn’t have the staff & most of her staff aren’t trained for up front. She shouldn’t be alone with myself & multiple others infront of me, as well as behind me. Honestly sad that this is happening. They lack good staff, they lack a lot of stuff.

The store has very big line up and only one CSR is serving and I have experienced more than 5 times this.Is not acceptable that you are westing time of 15 people and your other CSR are working to organise the items in the store.Not recommend to visit this store anymore

Please watch out for the prices while scanning at the billing counter especially at this location. I have experienced inaccuracy at the time of billing twice, the price tag says $4 but during billing i was charged 5. Upon showing the retail accuracy law which states that if the price tag is lower than what we have been charged for, then the item becomes free of cost if it’s below $10, the manager started yelling at me and even told that I can report this to ministry as she doesn’t care. It was an unacceptable behaviour from the person who claimed to be the manager of this store. I was calm just paid the amount and walked out.
She could have been polite rather than shouting at the customer. Is this CANADA? Seriously? Things are changing here.

Was in there and they were having an issue with their machines and somehow double charged me, i went right back in they said they now and my money would be back in less then 4 hours days later still no money and getting the run around saying its not their issue

It was my first time visiting this location and loved the new finds. Compared to my go to location, this one was much more stocked and had many new items. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
