“I went into american eagle at the outlet this weekend with my mom and was quite shocked at how empty this store was but customer service and the communication from a staff member Maddy was amazing. We would have left empty handed which is a shame their clearance prices are so good right now. Maddy was able to help me find a few items in the the limited selection and let us know when to come back for a store refresh and some new items. I will be back and really recommend looking out for maddy if she is there she is lovely and so sweet! Thank you.”

“I didn’t get the employees name but she had green hair and she was the sweetest person ever!!! She was so happy to help me and explain the difference between certain styles. “I went in because I had purchased a dress that I wanted to exchange for a size down. There were 2 sales associates that were behind the desk that I spoke to and explained my situation. The one tall woman explained to her co-worker that she'd be in the back due to not wanting to be on the floor and left her co-worker, who seemed a bit nervous (maybe newer), to do the exchange without support.The young woman who did help me is named Jessica. She was incredibly sweet and kind, and tried her best to help me in a timely fashion. She explained to me that, while they don't have my dress in-store in the size I'd like, they can ship it to my house without me needing to pay for shipping. She set everything up for me, double-checked the style, size and all my information with me to make sure everything was okay, and I was even refunded some of my money as the dress was on sale for Black Friday.Lovely experience!
