This is a proper pharmacy! I am a new customer and I cannot believe how quickly and efficiently my daughter’s prescription was prepared. The pharmacist explained everything very clearly as well. I had lost faith in pharmacies after having appalling experiences of incompetence at two Shoppers Drugmart locations. I am beyond happy to have found a good old fashioned (proper) pharmacy!

There really isn’t a pharmacy like Boggio’s - I can say this confidently after trying other pharmacies. Our daughter was very medically complex and required a wide variety of medications. Boggio’s staff were kind and compassionate. They worked tirelessly to ensure our girl’s needs were met. The techs are marvellous. The pharmacists took the time to answer any questions we had and always helped troubleshoot. The drivers were so wonderful too - always smiling and caring. Together, they all took a huge weight off our shoulders. Highly, *highly* recommend.

The total opposite of Shoppers Drug Mart in Fonthill. Very good customer service and no automated checkout tills. If Shoppers gave a 20% discount for having to pay and bag your own items I'd give them 2 stars.

I left Shoppers because of their customer service and automatic cash tills, and I love this place. The staff has a wonderful sense of humour when you joke with them, and I feel like I am being looked after instead of just being a customer.Thanks for making getting pills an enjoyable experience!

Wish I could give a better review. We are constantly running low on our meds for our son and they never get it ready intime even when I call 2 weeks in advance and follow up a week later.Some of them are Extremely nice others should really work on their attitudes and communication.Hopefully things gets better but it's not looking that way.

I filled out the on line information when notified by the pharmacy regarding my booster. However I must have made a mistake with the process. When I showed up for my booster I was not on file. The staff were very curteous and professional and allowed me to receive my booster shot. Thank-you very much

Usually good service at the pharmacy. However, I purchased a shaver today that didn't work. They refused to let me return it and told me to contact Phillips customer service instead. It's rediculous that they wouldn't accept a return for a faulty product. For any products, I suggest shopping somewhere that will stand by their products.
