The staff here are incredible but I want to take a moment to recognize and show appreciation for Mayah. She assisted me over the phone but truly went above and beyond to ensure that I was properly assisted. I ordered a dress for store pick up that I needed for an upcoming wedding and the delivery is cutting it a little close (not the stores fault whatsoever). Mayah empathized with my frustration and anxiousness that the dress may not come in on time but reassured me we would find a resolution… She went as far as contacting another Wilfred location for me to see if the dress I was looking for was available in store so I didn’t have to make an unnecessary drive over. She executed kindness and empathy from the moment she answered the phone and I explained my situation. Mayah truly embodies the definition of quality customer service.

I had an exceptional shopping experience at this Wilfred location. Larisa provided me with outstanding assistance, demonstrating a remarkable level of care and attention to detail while helping me find a dress that wasn't available in-store. Emily C. also offered valuable support, making my shopping experience even more enjoyable. Both associates exemplified the brand's excellence, and I look forward to shopping with them again in store.

Went Boxing Day shopping and had the most amazing experience at this location! I found three new pairs of work pants and the girl who helped me was beyond amazing. I THINK her name was emily but I could be wrong. She made me feel amazing in everything I tried on, and picked so many things I would have never picked for myself (that I ended up buying!!!). I know recently aritzia associates and these stores have a bad rep on social media, so I just wanted to take the time to THANK this location for their amazing customer service!!!!!

I tried calling multiple Aritzia/Wilfred stores today and this is the ONLY location that actually answered the phone! They were able to tell me if they had a specific item that was sold out online and they even put it on hold for me. Amazing customer service!

The staff are awesome - especially Sarah! Love their clothes, great quality, reasonable prices and Sherway is a great locations IMO (not too busy/crazy). High recommend this location!

The staff are just AMAZING! Actually not there to constantly bombard you or sell you stuff you don’t wanna buy, so accommodating and hospitable when I was trying on dresses. One of the staff there (I wish I remembered her name) was so helpful when I came back the next day to change my purchase, she even put a pretty top on hold which I ended up buying anyway before the end of the day! Wilfred staff are just ON POINT! Great job!!
