Horrible. 1 hour to set up an account for my kids. I never go to a teller but for some reason they insist on making you . 1 of many examples they don't have an ATM that dispenses USD this branch always has 30 people in line I have no idea why.

I just wanted to purchase Japanese Yen for an upcoming trip. This was the absolute worst experience at a branch I have ever had in my life.They made a mistake made me wait there for over 50 mins, even past the bank closing. At the end the tellers gave up trying to fix the issue and told me to just use the app. Done in 2 mins. They didn’t bother telling me this until making me wait almost an hourI left the bank with my account f’d up and they’re still figuring it out. I wanted today’s conversion rates and which is no longer valid after wasting so much of my time and the sale was done past 6pmNo form of compensation for the trouble just a “haha sorry” and “next time just use the app”… it was like saying get lost and don’t come back.Loud and clear. I’ll never come back to this branch again.
