Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to get some jewellery repaired and weighed. I had also planned to buy a bracelet but they were so rude like completely annoyed and it felt like if you don't express interest in purchasing they would never entertain you. I will never go again there myself or even refer to someone. PATHETIC!!!

This place has the worst customer service ever. We were here to buy something for our mom. We went around albion the first day to find stuff she would like. The second day went back with my mom to look at stuff to see if she would like it before buying. Mom didnt like their stuff and the guy literally yelled at us and told us we wasted his time.

Warning! Do not shop here you will get scammed and regret it. Biggest crook thief jewellers Ive ever met. Sold me a diamond with a fake certificate that doesn’t go with it and haven’t given me any type solution at all only have been avoiding me and being rude and unprofessional when I do get in touch. I only found the certificate to be a fake when I took the diamond to another jeweller. If you need any more info contact meReply: That was not my family that was a close friend who recommended me and they came in to speak to you with the fake certificate as well but you refused them to a solution and turned them away as well. You reply 7 months later being dishonest. You need to work on your business and customer service.

These people make false claims. Sold us a GIA certified ring. When we took it to another jeweler we found it wasn’t. We asked them for our certificate, which they didn’t have. We even asked them to get it certified for us as THATS what we had bought and paid for. He kept our ring for a week only to give it back and say he can’t get it certified. Then blatantly denied telling us it was GIA certified. They have horrible customer service, I would never shop here again especially for diamonds.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!If there was a Zero star, I would rate them so. These guys are biggest cheats and highly unprofessional. Recently, we bought some jewelry from them and one of the items was supposed to be resized and delivered after few days. When we went there to pick up the stuff, they told us that they had either given to somebody else OR lost it. However, they agreed to replace it which they did BUT the replacement was no where close to the one which was ordered originally. When we asked them for the one which was ordered, they refused. They said that was not possible.In that case, we requested the money back which they clearly refused and claimed that we were trying to cheat them.Worst was when they started abusing and brought a Baseball bat from behind to thrash me, my wife and daughter.We lodged a complaint for 'assault' with Toronto Police.

Just wanted to share the worst customer service experience with RANDHAWA JEWELLERS near Albion and islington.My daughter had bought a gold and diamond ring for her 18th birthday. They had kept the ring with them for resize. When we went to get the ring they had lost the ring or given to somebody else. They agreed to get a new one made. But the new one they made was not at all like the one we had bought so we requested them to return the money to us. Instead of feeling sorry and for losing the ring in the first place they started to abuse us and got a baseball bat to hit us. A complaint has already been made to the police by us.Please be aware of these buggers. Don’t be conned by them. The are thieves and very very unprofessional.
