My fiancé and I dealt with Murray & he was amazing! Really knowledgeable, very friendly and welcoming. We left and came back to purchase 2 pairs of shoes and he remembered us. Would 100% come back and gladly purchase again thanks to our experience with him. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he was great!

I recently purchased a pair of Dunks and encountered an issue with a torn lace. Within just 20 minutes, I returned to the store with the hope of resolving the problem. Unfortunately, my experience took an unexpected turn.The manager, rather than addressing my concern, stated that he couldn't assist me, despite having replacement pairs available. He attributed the issue to a factory defect and abruptly walked away without offering a solution or extending an apology. This left me genuinely surprised and disappointed, as I never expected such a level of arrogance and neglect from a store manager.My overall satisfaction with the customer service here is quite low due to this encounter. It's essential for any establishment to value its customers and address their concerns promptly and professionally, and unfortunately, this experience fell short of those expectations.

Excellent selection - by far the best customer service. Staff are very knowledgeable and have always exceeded my expectations. This is why I am a repeat customer. Higly recommend them!!! I'd give them 10 stars if that was an option!!!

Unprofessional and disorganized.He told me and my son that his store does not sell shoes to "resellers" and that I can have the shoe for my son to wear. But sold it to a "reseller" instead. Store manager's name is Matt and he promotes to resellers to buy shoes from his store.

Always have horrible experiences with shoe drops here. Staff member " Matt" was the worst... No help... No empathy... Very rude. Don't recommend this place to anyone

Amazing customer service, staff is attentive and always going above and beyond for their customers. Their releases are always fair and gives everyone an opportunity to get the newest styles without having to pay more than retail. Groovy shoes always has the best selection of sneakers - I can consistently find something unique here and thanks to them my shoe collection continues to grow!

Great service and excellent selection of sought after sneaker releases.I’ve purchased many shoes from multiple Groovy locations and always been pleased with the customer service experience. Manager Matt was an absolute pleasure to deal with every time.They go above and beyond to answer questions and are very knowledgeable about the products they carry.I would highly recommend the Groovy team to anyone looking for unique and on trend sneakers.
