I can't speak on their jewellery, as I didn't purchase any, but I feel like they overcharge people.
I went in to adjust a watch strap, and I should have asked for the cost of the service before asking them to perform it, so that's on me, but I was appalled when I was charged more than the watch itself had cost.
If it was something complex and that required a lot of expertise, I would find it justifiable, but it's a simple metal watch, where, if you have the tools, it takes less than 5 minutes (I know, because I know how to do it, just don't have the necessary tools to do so, but maybe I could have invested that money into buying the tools themselves).
It's a lesson learned on my end, but still, if they charge that much to fix a simple watch strap, I can only guess that their pieces must be just as overcharged, if not more.

Huge rip off. 6+ months to replace a watch band. New band quality is trash and charged $90. Don’t come here

They took the time to listen to my preferences and understand the vision I had for my gold chain. Attention to detail immediately reassured me that I had found an old school master of the craft.Interestingly, I could tell English is their second language, did not hinder their ability to be very direct and forward in communication. Not much small talk, were more focused on order. Which I found quite refreshing.Throughout the entire process, staff kept me well-informed about the progress of order, the chain was completed in a surprisingly short amount of time, given its intricacy. The level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me.Moreover, the pricing for this piece was more than fair, considering the craftsmanship and materials used. Definitely received exceptional value for my investment. 5 Stars

The worst experience in my life doing business with this store. Don’t step into this store because you will regret it ! It seems his rent is more important than customer service. If I could rate negative stars on this owner I would do it.

Do not step into this store. They are not jewelers. They send the work out and then charge you 4 and even 5 times what a jeweler would charge you because that's their only source of income. Don't go in.

They are not jewelers. They send the items out to be repaired and then they charge an absurd charge to you. It is not sustainable and they will eventually have to close. Don't step in there because you'll feel bad for them and let them cheat you. Like I had a $45 chain repaired for $73 because I felt sorry for them that they would so something so devious. They must really be struggling.

5 Stars ! Absolute top notch workmanship on the custom piece I requested. The owner is passionate about his craft and it shows. I always prefer local businesses over franchise chains. I needed a custom engagement ring built. All I had were multiple photos of different styles that I wanted merged into one. They walked me through the process, and built the ring I envisioned.

More than a jewellery store. A set of earrings in the window showcase caught my eye. Inside, I instantly felt the mom & pop vibe of this store and their care for each customer. I really like it when a walk into a store and the owners are the ones behind the counter building the relationships with the customers.I chose to design a set of earrings for my wife. She loves them - I love the deal I got on the VVS; and now I have a relationship with a reliable trustworthy jeweller.Thanks Armen !

I just feel like I was cheated. Jewelry that they enhanced for me proved to appraise (they arranged for the appraisals) less than prior to their work. A bracelet fell apart soon after their work. I returned it for repair and was told "no problem". I took it to another jewelry store for repair the second time it fell apart as I didn't want to deal with them anymore. I think it is a problem when a newly constructed bracelet falls apart. I feel lucky I didn't lose it.

SCAM ARTIST - AVOID THIS SHOP!Had an old watch handed down that wasn't working, took it in to get the battery replaced (if that worked great if not it was going back in the box). Assumed the only value it had was sentimental. He took out his jewellers lens / loupe and said 'wow I think you might have something, these are diamonds!' and implied that the watch was worth 5-figures - he wanted us to leave it with him for an appraisal (said it cost an amount I forget what it was) and that he would 'fix it' as well.Had a bad feeling, he came on really strong and was super creepy, so we didn't leave it. Brought it to two other places that confirmed there is no value, that they are in fact not real diamonds and it's only gold plated. Heard this is a common scam to run up a nice tab - business must be rough for this turkey. The only issue with it was that the battery needed to be replaced, $10 and two minutes. Not 'worth' anything but it's a nice watch and tells the time.

Very knowledgeable, beautiful jewellery and amazing customer service keeps me going back.
There may be lots of jewellery stores out there but I know when I come here, I trust them.
