I got repairs done on my truck at Embrun Ford and my service advisor Andrew Mclean was great to deal with , good communication and detailed invoice which is nice.

I've bought 2 trucks from Embrun Ford. On the sales side, fantastic. On the Service side, avoid. Be prepared to basically run your truck into to the ground and then have to crawl into the dealership with your truck to get it fixed because if they can't experience what the issue is with your truck they'll send you away with a bill and no resolution. The issue with my truck has been ongoing for about a year. I have been back there twice since they "fixed" the issue but since then, I started having have the same problem but I'm told that if they can't hear what I'm hearing, they won't do anything for me even though they know the source of the problem. I sadly will never buy another truck from there (sorry to the amazing sales guy) and will never ask for their help it trying to resolve an issue with their own vehicle.

Purchased a 2018 F150 just less than 2 weeks ago and went on my first ride to Niagara and found a small shake feeling in the front. Brought it into service and found that the tires were good lots of tread on them but might be the issue...Denis the owner took care of me when he didn't need to I think but no questions asked put 4 new tires on for me....24k or original tires and seeing the truck had a skake he fixed it DONE.....now to me is above and beyond service and I really really appreciate it......I recommend anyone to experience the service at Embrun Ford as I did....professional and all about a customer service experience

They pass the buck over and over again until they tell you to go elsewhere. Car drove there and now I have 10 times the issues with the car than I did before going to this place. Bridgit is a liar and Dennis was great at the beginning until he became frustrated and hung up on me. If you want the worst experience possible with a dealership, Look no further. OMVIC will be notified!!!Edit: no matter what the issues are or may be, that does not excuse the total lack of respect and maturity on your part. Hanging up on an extremely frustrated person who is only trying to figure out a solution to a problem that was not there to begin with is unforgivable and clearly speaks to a lack of character and training. Had you not done that, my next step would have been to swallow my pride and bring the car back and ask about the loaner you had originally offered me, but you are the one who decided to shut down all forms of communication.

Great group at this dealership. Their communication is top notch, and their service is even better. They negotiated a great deal for my new used vehicle as well as an extremely fair trade price. Highly recommend you get out of the city and see what real small town service looks like.

I purchased a Mustang Mach E and being new to the EV world, Embrun Ford provided me with great knowledge, was very patient and provided expertise regarding my car. Chris Ward is a Certified EV specialist and it was a pleasure having him as my sales person with no pressure sales! Richard provided great training of all the details of my new EV and Bruce was a pleasure and loads of fun, getting the paperwork in order! Five Stars all around!!
